Dave Reese, BA., MRE.,DRE.,PHD, and THD., is the founder and director of Open Bible College International. He began three independent Baptist churches, several Christian day schools and developed a unique Christian day school curriculum. He holds Bible and mission conferences.

Dr. Reese taught in a resident Bible College for over 20 years, as well as serving as a pastor during that time.

Dr. Reese is the Founder-President of an active, worldwide mission agency reaching into remote areas. Funds from the internet correspondence Bible school help support that ministry.

Dr. and Mrs. Reese are directly involved on the field and have several years of ministry in the Philippines- starting churches and training nationals. Over 50 churches have been started in the Philippines.

Since 2006, Dr. Reese has been the pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Beeville, Texas, an independent church that believes and preaches the King James Bible.

Dr. Reese is the founder of Open Bible College International. OBCI is a bible college with degrees available through email and postal correspondence courses. Open Bible College International's graduates are serving in China, the Philippines, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, the Middle East, and Venezuela. Pastors who graduated from OBCI are serving in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Montana, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Washington and Louisiana.
